What is physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. Physiotherapy will involve a thorough assessment of the problem and treatment including exercise, manual therapy (such as massage and soft tissue release, joint mobilisations, manipulation, acupuncture) , education and advice.
