CORONAVIRUS UPDATE 17/03/2020: We regret to say that as from today we have suspended all face to face Pilates classes. We are instead offering on-line pre-recorded and live classes with Frankie, Anna and Gill. If you have booked any of the classes below you will automatically have free online membership. Our classes are run as a course (we do not do drop-in style classes), and cost £9 per hour class, booked as a block. For more information about what Pilates is please click here.
Course dates may vary slightly due to teacher absence, in which case we will add a class to the end of the course as a replacement.

We recommend that all new beginners arrange a 1:1 assessment with the teacher (half an hour, cost £20) prior to joining a course to go over the basics and any individual requirements. This is recommended practice by the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. Advanced classes are for participants who are fit and injury free; if you currently have an injury, particularly a back problem, a beginner's or intermediate class may be more suitable.
Please bring a small towel to use as a head support and wear flexible or loose clothing. Mats and Pilates equipment are provided at the University Club.
